The Opportunity:
An opportunity to assist the Store Manager to lead the Estee Lauder Companies, The Cosmetics Company Store in DFO Perth Airport, Western Australia and join the ever growing Estee Lauder Corporate Sales Department.

A day in the life of a Cosmetics Company Assistant Store Manager
The Assistant Manager will work with the store manager to supervise, lead and develop the Cosmetics Company team members to ensure each employee is aligned in the Corporate Sales Vision. You will generate sales through your team, by performing outstanding customer service and maximizing in store branding opportunities. You will be responsible for the development of talent and capabilities within your team whilst embracing the High Touch Leadership Competencies (HTLC).
In this role a key component will be to ensure operational effectiveness in this busy and very fast paced retail environment.
Experience Required:
Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience leading and developing staff in a fast paced environment. Strong Sales and leadership capabilities gained from a retail environment together with previous experience with premium cosmetics will be an advantage.
Working hours/days
Full Time/ 38 hours per week
Rostered days
Sunday- Saturday, rotating roster. Applications close on Tuesday the 31st of July 2018
