We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our 2018 Christmas Casual recruitment drives between August and December. This is an amazing opportunity for someone wanting to get their foot in the door to HR.


As the HR Administrator you would be responsible for:

  • Driving the end to end recruitment process for hiring store Retail Associates in close partnership with Hiring Managers. Includes posting ads, resume and phone screening, regular contact and follow up with Hiring Managers, Visa checks and contract generation
  • Coordinate Christmas Casual Recruitment events across Australia and New Zealand, liaising with venue management and Hiring Managers to ensure the day runs smoothly
  • Maintenance of the internal communication platform Hotspot, including trouble shooting, issue resolution, new user uploads and documentation management 
  • Supporting the effective management of the HR & Internal Communications function, working alongside the HR & Comms team to administer approved policies and initiatives.
  • Resolving all employee payroll, leave and timesheet queries with support from the HRBPs or HR Director as required
