We are now seeking an experienced Retail Sales Associate for our FLORSHEIM GARDEN CITY Store.
 

Florsheim has traditionally been known for Men's quality footwear for the discerning corporate customer.

We are now a contemporary unisex footwear brand offering quality and style to both Men & Women.  We are well established with 31 Retail stores nationally and this is an excellent opportunity for capable, engaged and mature-minded individuals to join us in our store at Garden City Shopping Centre in Mt Gravatt.

CASUAL
RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

Approximately 13 hrs/wk including retail nights, weekends and flexibility is a must!
 

This opportunity would be ideally suited to an experienced fashion retail professional who is energetic & motivated to drive sales with a mature and positive approach.  We are looking for an experienced team member who excels at customer service and retail operations. Candidates should be capable of assisting with the various day-to-day tasks of our stores such as sales, customer liaison, banking, inventory integrity, stock work & visual merchandising.  The successful candidates will be ready, willing and able to work in right away as part of a regular shared roster at their store and ideally will be available for an immediate start.

The successful candidate will:

• Have an enthusiastic customer-centric attitude -  and be motivated to create a customer experience every time!
• Have the ability to drive sales in a team environment and work autonomously 
• Be able to work retail hours inclusive  nights and weekends as needed
• Love to sell high quality fashion  products and accessories
• Strive to achieve all Store and Company KPI's, Targets and Sales Goals.

Skills and Experience

• You will have previous Retail Fashion experience
• You will be mature-minded, able to work autonomously and able to take initiative while working within Company Policies and Procedures
• You will be willing and available to work as needed within a shared set roster
• You will have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• You will consistently provide excellent customer service
• You will be 100% Reliable, Flexible, Punctual and Professionally Presented at all times
• Show a 'can-do' attitude that thrives on selling

A good understanding of Men's and Women's Fashion and Footwear would be a definite advantage in securing this role but is not mandatory.  What is essential however, is being able to fit in with your team and being 100% reliable.
