The role

As a Store Manager you will lead a team of high performers, to achieve store sales and growth. You will be responsible for energising and inspiring team members to have an industry leading customer centric culture. 

With the support of national advertising and local marketing campaigns, you will deliver exceptional financial results and work through your team to strive to achieve comparable sales growth.

 

  • Deliver positive profit growth and exceed sales targets and KPI's
  • Manage sales and wage budgets, shrinkage and inventory 
  • Provide an excellent safety culture
  • Manage and reduce costs in line with business expectations
  • Establish and develop effective teams with ongoing development of managers and team members to ensure there is a healthy pipeline of talent in the business
  • Deliver a clearly defined and compelling customer proposition 
  • Develop strategies to increase foot traffic to drive sales

 

You will

  • Be a natural leader who is approachable, passionate and can communicate the store strategy clearly 
  • Be performance and results driven
  • Have experience managing teams of more than twenty in a retail environment
  • Have demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and managing profitable store operations
  • Have the ability to identity and develop talent
  • Be organised, with strong time management skills
