WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR     

  • You have had at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, managing a team, driving sales, KPI targets and rostering
  • You have experience managing a team of 4 or more team members in a sales driven environment
  • You love providing exceptional customer service and being a role model to your team
  • You are a Leader, embracing the company culture, adhering to policies and procedures
  • You are a team player who enjoys coaching your team to success
  • You love being busy and can multi task
  • You are creative and have an eye for visual merchandising
  • You know the importance of stock control, and have experience managing stock and controlling shrinkage
  • You want to be part of a Retail brand that is growing            
  • You have an eye for detail and pride yourself on your planning and organisation
  • You enjoy a fast paced environment and change excites you.
