Store Manager - Fountain Gate

An exciting opportunity to join a very passionate, super friendly and warm company who love to train and develop their staff and reward them for the incredible work they do. My client are looking for an active, energetic and proactive store manager to run their Fountain Gate store, develop the team and create a fun and friendly culture in store!

The Role

• Delivering outstanding customer service and expert advice on products
• Training and developing the sale team
• Creating a proactive and fun culture in store
• Overseeing all store operations

Duties:

• Keeping up to date with all product knowledge and activities
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and experience
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising standards

About you:

• Minimum of 2 years management experience
• Experience or passion for children and fashion is highly desirable
• A 'can do' attitude and a love for children
• The drive to meet sales and KPI's targets
• Methodical and driven
• Passion for people!
