SECURITY MANAGER

The core responsibilities include:
Seeking a Security Manager for major retail complex in the Sydney/Broadway Area. This leadership role is responsible for managing the retail property Security operations at the highest standard.  This involves management of staff and Team Leaders, managing client contract specification and Security operations, liaising with clients, tenants, the public and contractors, ensuring an efficient and exceptional delivery of Security and operational services.  

To be successful you will need to demonstrate knowledge & experience in the following areas:-

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

·        Must have a current NSW Security Licence

·        Dynamic leadership and motivation abilities

·        Formulate and manage rosters

·        Tertiary qualification, or relevant industry experience

·        Knowledge of risk management & WH&S

·        2 years’ experience in a similar position

·        Computer literacy

·        Desire to achieve excellence in guest satisfaction

·        Passionate and motivated about their work

·        Polished and professional presentation

·        Outstanding work ethic and an energetic attitude 

·        High level of time management skills

·        Ability to train and mentor the team

·        Management style - lead by example!
