FOCUS ON FURNITURE, one of Australia's fastest expanding Furniture and Bedding retailers is currently seeking a passionate and driven Store Manager who can continue to drive the growth of our store in Moore Park.

As a Store Manager you will be results driven and always striving to get the best results from your team on a daily basis. This is an opportunity to utilise your current leadership, management and sales skills to assist expanding the store to new heights. You will also be focused on promoting a high level of customer service, merchandising standards and encouraging a positive team culture.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring excellent customer service is provided by yourself and all staff members at all times
• Provide staff training and guidance, and develop strategies to motivate sales performance towards achieving sales targets
• Collaborate with the Management to achieve organisational and store goals
• Assist in Visual Merchandising and store cleanliness to a high standard at all times
• Efficiently and effectively handle and solve customer service enquiries

Applicants should be able to demonstrate:

• Experience and skills in retail sales (furniture experience will be highly regarded but not a necessity)
• Ability to meet and exceed KPIs/targets
• A passion to provide exceptional customer service
• Training, coaching and people management
• The ability to lead a team
• Strong computer literacy
• Must be available to work weekends (3 out of 4 per month)
