Jefferies in Croydon Hills is a family owned upmarket independent supermarket specialising in local, niche and gourmet products together with wholesome homemade food made in our onsite commercial kitchen.
Our Deli is known for not only its extensive Fresh Gourmet, Homemade and ready made meal range. But also our value added and fresh chicken products our Presentation and Display standards
We are currently seeking an Experienced Fresh Food Deli Manager, who has had extensive hands on experience either in their own business or managing an upmarket high quality food outlet.
The successful applicant should possess the following qualities,
* Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
* Comprehensive understanding in all areas of managing a fresh food outlet
* Excellent people skills, Motivational and organisational skills
* Innovative presentation and merchandising skills
* A Can do attitude and positive demeanor
* Excellent customer service skills
* Extensive knowledge of Deli and Gourmet products
