Naturalizer is an International, high profile Ladies footwear brand with stores in over 60 countries. Naturalizer brand is known as " The shoe with the beautiful fit".

We are pleased to announce that we are in the process of conducting interviews for staff for our Naturalizer stores at Mandurah.

Skills required:

• A minimum of two years' experience 
• Experience in merchandising
• Experience in stock management
• Good people management skills
• Hands-on leadership skills
• A good attitude to succeed and drive sales
• Experience in managing, achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly budgets
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Pursuing and achieving sales budgets
• Stock control with incoming stock and store to store transfers
• Visual merchandising by following the directives
• Weekly reporting to the Regional Manager
• General housekeeping duties.
