The role…
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership to our retail team, ensuring that the store meets or exceeds sales and KPI's, and provide awesome customer service in our factory outlet store!
Reporting to the PUMA Area Manager, you will:
- Develop team members through training and coaching to ensure consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with the company's cornerstones and service standards
- Achieve or exceed all inventory and shrinkage goals; oversee and manage physical inventory counts
- Ensure execution and maintenance of all visual directives as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the Store always meets or exceeds company's standards
- Maintain physical condition of Store according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance requirements in a timely manner
- Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
About you…
You're a team player with a passion for sport and fashion, all the while providing exceptional support to our team and focussed on hitting sales and KPI targets.
If you have…
- Two to four years of store management experience in a customer focused and service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear) with proven results driven track record.
- Strong leadership and ability to exceed sales while meeting payroll goals; ability to identify, hire, train, develop and retain talented associates as well as teams; ability to reason through complex issues and demonstrate effective communication; ability to present information to large groups. Strong interpersonal, communication and motivational skills, organizational and time management skills.
