We are on the search for the newest addition to the SEAFOLLY family! Join us as a Wholesale Allocator on a part-time basis to oversee stock allocation to ensure optimum stock levels are maintained and missed opportunities are minimal.
Your day to day will look like:
- Perform Stock allocation to ensure optimum stock levels are maintained and missed opportunities are minimal
- Identify and communicate any concerns regarding over or under stocks with the Wholesale Planner. Help to resolve and act where needed
- Complete wholesale customer allocations and redistribution of stock shortages as required
- Bi-monthly unlinking of core PO’s, allocation of free stock and re-linking of PO’s to ensure optimum sales order fulfilment
- Highlight to Sales potential stock outs, especially for key accounts and work with the Wholesale Planner and Production to resolve situation
- Previous experience within in a similar role in the Retail industry
- Strong analytical skills and superior interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Advance excel skills
