Why Webshop / Online Sales?
Are you a Gumtree or eBay guru? Then this position is for you! As the Online Sales Assistant (or Webshop Operator as we like to call it) you will work amongst a devoted team of passionate and dedicated colleagues. You will manage the end to end function of the Webshop, advertising our unique items online, using your creative skills to sell the product in the online market and using your mind blowing customer service to hit your KPIs.
What your typical day would include:
- Research and collaborate with your team mates to learn about our products
- Take photographs of key items and upload these to the Webshop with your detailed and creative descriptions
- Manage your store’s online listings
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner with your exceptional written communication skills
- Package items and prepare for delivery
What do you need?
- A background in online sales (advantageous)
- Experience in photography (advantageous)
- A creative flair for writing
- Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An eagle eye for detail
- Being dependable and down-to-earth
