We have an opportunity for an amazing Assistant Store Manager to join our Australian Geographic store at Westfield Penrith. The perfect next step in your retail career! 

Are you a dynamic and energetic natural leader who can demonstrate proven experience in driving a team, retail merchandising, operational excellence and outstanding customer service? Are you able to think outside of the box and build strong relationships? 
  
Reporting to the Store Manager, your role will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience with a unique and iconic retailer within a fast-paced sales focused environment.
 
Your merchandising skills along with an attention to detail and ability to progressively react to changing stock varieties and levels are a must. Your team will look up to you as a brand ambassador, representing our culture and focuses in store and it will be your mission to develop these values with your team.
 
Along with previous leadership experience you will also need to:
 
• Be a great communicator
 
• Be a trainer and mentor to others
 
• Be energetic, innovative and creative
 
• Be highly sales focused
