We are looking for a dynamic Manager that genuinely is passionate about leading a business to success through connecting with customers, exceptional styling, world class merchandising and great stock management to join our Myer Hobart team.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Selling a luxury product
- Setting Team Targets and Goals
- Achieving sales & exceeding targets
- Strategic forecasting to exceed yearly targets
- Preparation of inventory for sales floor and visual merchandising
- Flexible Availability
Skills & Experience
- Energetic and positive attitude
- A proven sales background
- Ability to drive and inspire a team
- Ability to supervise and mentor small teams
- Passionate about delivering world class customer service
- Excellent communication skills
