About the role:

Opportunity to join this newly created Innovation team within this Global Healthcare Company. Reporting to the General Manager, you will create valuable insights through the use of hands-on end-to-end qualitative research campaigns. Manage and communicate effectively with a range of different stakeholders. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multiple business units
  • Design, test and refine healthcare offering
  • Create and improve new customer experiences
  • Improve user experience and design solutions
  • Engage patients, clinicians, hospital managers and payers
  • Extract insights, test and promote new business initiatives.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in Design Thinking essential
  • 3+ years of experience in customer research / market research
  • Customer Centered Design
  • Track record within qualitative research
  • Proven ability to find consumer, customer and company insights 
  • Solution based and creative thinking.
