Do you love to take charge of creating & distributing content? Then you’ll love the role as our Communications Specialist. Like the bigger-picture stuff as well? Great! You’ll help to define strategies to inspire employees and reinforce our brand.
What you get to do
- Develop an internal communications strategy ensuring ‘our ways’ are communicated to our staff
- Partner with your internal stakeholders, including Executives to understand their goals and messaging needs
- Produce and deliver clear and concise presentations for internal stakeholders
- Lead the development of our intranet to inform and inspire employees
- Manage the publication of the monthly internal newsletter
About you
- Outstanding communication skills, including copywriting, proofreading and editing… But that’s a given
- Strong collaboration skills with internal stakeholders
- Ability to take direction in a high-pressure environment, yet have tenacity and initiative
- Be a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, drive and urgency
- Demonstrate flexibility and agility to meet changing priorities
