Role Snapshot
An exciting opportunity for a hands on, energised Insights and Community Executive to join the high performing Customer Insights team based in Sydney, supporting the Insights and Research Manager. As a pivotal member of the Insights team, the role will be responsible for providing overall support to the team ensuring delivery of actionable insights based on research and analysis that drive specific customer focused marketing, product and channel initiatives.
How you will contribute
This role will be responsible for, however not limited to;
- Designing and deploying research surveys
- Analysing data and translating data into insights, executive summaries and debriefs focused on the key implications
- Managing on-going concept testing and engaging with stakeholders to take specific briefs
- Managing communities and panels via Voice of Customer platforms
- Strong attention to detail that delivers accurate research
Our Ideal Person
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in research roles with solid experience in independently managing quantitative research programs/developing surveys. Experience in data analysis (SPSS/Q), interpretation and insight generation is key with demonstrable and hands on knowledge of data analysis. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Statistics or related discipline. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
