Role Summary

This role will act as the ‘thinker’ in the team, ensuring insights are turned into actions that drive business growth. The key to success in this role is the Insights component, where you will demonstrate passion for customer and insights, managing research/voice of customer initiatives and acting as the internal strategic business partner and advisor.

 How you will contribute

Understanding business needs and desired outcomes, and turning them into insight initiatives is a key component, along with;

  • Developing the best approaches or utilizing best tools to address business needs
  • Data analysis and providing key insights and recommendations to the business
  • Assist the team turn business questions into strong briefs focused on outcomes and decision making
  • Manage research agencies to deliver insight driven outputs
  • Drive the development and embedment of customer voice of customer platforms and communities
  • Manage internal research, utilizing our existing and new community panels

Our Ideal Person

Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or Commerce. Extensive experience in Insights and Research roles, ideally client side. Experience in quantitative and qualitative customer research programs. A high degree of proficiency with Microsoft office suite, and knowledge of research intelligence software, particularly ‘Q’.
