The Role:

As a passionate Digital Marketing specialist, you will be focused on working, every day to develop the current portfolio of ABCS client accounts whilst creating and implementing best-in-class digital marketing solutions designed to help each and everyone one of them to achieve their business objectives.

With your creative flair and enthusiastic approach, you will use your expertise and hands on experience in online trends, website development, digital technology, digital channels and online user experience to deliver positive outcomes for ABCS clients.

In addition to working closely with our valued clients, this role provides you with the opportunity to actively shape the future of the agency itself - including enhancing the products and services we provide to our clients and identifying new opportunities for business development by creating and promoting solutions that deliver tangible value.

This role would suit an aspiring Digital Marketing Consultant who is keen to drive innovation and creativity to help shape the digital marketing service offered by the ABCS Marketing Agency.

Duties include:

• Development of detailed digital marketing strategies and plans
• Develop the strategic approach for our client's digital marketing initiatives- including identifying the challenges, opportunities, and best practice solutions to achieve desired objectives
• Lead, manage and where required, execute digital marketing campaigns & activities for clients including, but not limited to - email, website development, digital, social media, SEO & SEM, branding and more
• Develop the strategic approach for website development projects including functional specification, technical requirements, design brief, high level SEO strategy and site architecture
• Provide commercially sound marketing advice and solutions to meet business challenges
• Project Management across all digital projects to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met – on time and on song
• Conduct Digital Strategy Workshops for external clients
• Actively participate in marketing and business development activities in order to build a solid business pipeline and create opportunity
• Be prepared to proactively improve your professional reputation, and that of the ABCS agency, by participating in relevant networking events as they occur throughout the business calendar

Requirements:

• Degree qualified or relevant experience in Digital Marketing with a minimum of 5 years experience
• Advanced skills in digital marketing strategy development and project management skills - problem solving ability and excellent attention to detail
• Experience as a digital marketing manager or equivalent, including digital campaign delivery
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of current best practice in online marketing, social media and communications
• Experience in the development of integrated marketing strategy and planning solutions with a particular emphasis on digital channels - including SEO/SEM, social media and online development
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Organisational and time management expertise
• Strong analytical skills, critical analysis, and the ability to think laterally
