The project Services responsible for ensuring the timely and economical delivery of all CAPEX projects up to $100M in value. The Group ensures the delivery of civil, building, electrical, communications and security infrastructure.

Position

We are currently looking for a Stakeholder Manager to be responsible for assisting the project teams manage communications in relation to the delivery of infrastructure projects.

Key outcomes associated with this role include the production of project related communications, newsletters, site hoarding messaging and stakeholder information meetings.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver the required project communications, within approved timeframes, budget and Corporation policies.
• Supporting the Assets IT, Project Services and Facilities teams, develop and implement project related communications under general guidance and with minimal supervision, in order to achieve high quality outcomes.
• Carry out assigned communications tasks in the Assets team, is association with the requirements of the BAC Corporate Relations team.
• Assist the Assets’ management team with award submissions and other written submissions as required.
• Support the Assets’ project teams in the preparation of visual presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist project teams in the briefing of internal BAC resources and stakeholders on project matters as required.
• Assist the project teams with the design and production of messaging to project hoardings that aligns with the projects’ and Corporation’s requirements.
• Provide all input to the Project Support Office (PSO) and Strategic Portfolio Office (PSO) as required.  Provide this input in a timely manner and ensure it is of a high professional standard.
• Assist in actively managing BAC stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are achieved and that internal client satisfaction ratings are high.

Experience & Qualifications

Essential

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in Communications or Marketing.
• Minimum of 5 – 10 years’ experience in project communications.

Knowledge & Technical Proficiency

• Highly skilled in use of design packages and video platforms
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability and willingness to work as a member of a team within the Assets Group.
• Ability to work autonomously.
