You will be project managing the transformation that will change the existing program structure alongside the delivery platforms, in effect transforming both content and the learner experience.
Client Details
A well known, forward thinking membership organisation is looking to grow the team by on-boarding a Digital Project Manager. Based in the CBD, the head office is the base for over 200 employees.
Description
The role consists of the following responsibilities:
- Project manage strategic a new design and layout of the project agreed with the organisations stakeholders;
- Day to Day hands on delivery of the project in line with agreed project approach and plan;
- Define the project scope, goals, tasks, deliverables and resource requirements;
- Develop full scale project plans and provide status reporting;
- Support the relevant project sponsor and business owner to undertake the project concept and justification phases aligning with project initiation and delivery requirements;
- Champion, train and support the implementation of project methodologies across the project;
- Understand and identify business risks and commercial implications of project issues.
Profile
You will have the following commercial experience:
- Strong digital project management experience working with/alongside the business with demonstrable change transformation experience;
- Demonstrated experience in working across new platforms or e-learning programs;
- Project-managing teams in complex environments with cross-group dependencies;
- Experience in working with third party partnerships and product development;
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management.
