Job Profile:
The purpose of this role is to help clients achieve sustainable performance, help build capability and contribute to the firm's success by:
- Successful contributing to research and consulting projects
- Applying a range of quantitative tools, methods and technology
- Managing a portfolio of blue chip clients and ad hoc accounts
- Helping identifying client opportunities
- Representing the agency in industry at events and conferences
- Building in to a people management role and moving towards higher level accounts
Candidate Profile:
- Good tertiary education
- From 4/5 years' upwards experience in a relevant commercial insights environment – market research agency/customer analytics/clientside insights role
- Quantitative data skills and use of statistical packages
- Excellent analytical thinking and writing skills to draw out and interpret insights to present credibly to clients
- A passion for brands, consumer trends, behavior, data, analytics and its application to business
- Self-motivated and with a high level of initiative
- Career focused and ambition to fast track
