We are currently seeking an enthusiastic marketing professional to join a leading Australian Company with a portfolio of products within a well-recognised mainstream health brand.  Come and contribute to this highly collaborative work culture and manage a brand that is the home to some of Australia’s favourite products that are continuing to gain popularity globally, consistently driving and outperforming category growth. Whilst the company and brand are recognised overseas, you will have local autonomy over the innovation pipeline and marketing activity.  

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and supported by the Assistant Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the entire end-to-end management process of one of the company’s leading and well-loved brands. Working across a wide array of sales and media channels and platforms, you will be tasked with ensuring the continued growth of this major flagship brand.

Your responsibilities includes but are not limited to :
  

• End to end brand management
• Driving innovation and growth of the category, including developing strategic projects designed to reinvigorate the category
• Mentoring and promoting the training and development for junior team members
• Maintaining and developing cross-functional relationships with multiple departments including category, sales, supply chain and finance to achieve common goals
