About the Company
Our client is a leading energy retailer, providing services to both homes and businesses throughout Australia. They have become one of the leading power companies in Australia, and provide customers with an impeccable service. Sustainability is also important to this business and a big part of their culture.
Currently, they require a Product Manager, initially for a 6 month contract.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic product plans across a varied product portfolio
- Own the development and implementation of the Product Roadmap
- Identify new product opportunities by assessing competitor gaps
- Drive decisions on enhancements to existing products and launch of new products
- Oversee the product development process from concept through to implementation
- Determine appropriate distribution channels and advise marketing communications
- Maintain product requirements
- Analysing customer and market data to identify product trends, and develop business cases to support the design of new products
Skills & Experience:
- At least 7 years experience within a Product role
- Tertiary qualified in Business, Commerce or equivalent
- Previous experience with SAP
- Product Management and/or development experience in the service industry
- Excellent project management skills
- Keen commercial and financial awareness
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information
- High attention to detail
