The Role
The position you are embarking on is a role geared for growth as this company strengthen their connections with their current suppliers and also expand into new segments. The clients you will be working with will range from large nationwide retailers to smaller independent groups and boutiques across Australia and New Zealand.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for presenting ranges & marketing into key clients
- Rolling out marketing campaigns for new product launches
- Manage relationships with existing clients
- Influencing sales opportunities from the marketing
- Manage sales reps across Australia and New Zealand to maximise their potential and sales, set and monitor KPI’s
- Stay ahead of the competition and work with in house product design and development team
- Work with logistic team to manage stock levels
Previous experience
To be considered for this role it is imperative that you come from a closely related industry with a mix of marketing and sales experience, if not directly from the baby industry
- Marketing and Sales experience –3-5 years minimum
- Sales & business development experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office including PowerPoint and publisher. Photoshop/Adobe suite skills viewed favourably
- Worked with large retailer – comfortable preparing presenting presentations.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with team member
- Experience and understanding of Social media – facebook, Instagram.
- Website and CRM – experience with Mailchimp and Shopify viewed favourably
- High energy, drive & self motivation
