Are you a passionate eCommerce Specialist / Online Merchandiser?
Award-winning, full-service firm who partner with one of the world’s leading eCommerce organisations are currently seeking an eCommerce Specialist / Online Merchandiser to join their growing team.

Their Curation, Trends and Merchandising team partner with a global eCommerce client to produce a range of tailored shopping experiences.

Reporting to the Account Lead, you will:

• Be responsible for trading of the overall site and prioritising merchandising for promotional and seasonal campaigns and shops
• Be responsible for daily / weekly management of category pages, ensuring site standards are always achieved or exceeded
• Be involved in the end-to-end process of retail campaigns, from brief writing, range planning, sourcing of inventory, launching campaigns, and tracking performance
• Work closely with stakeholders and the Merchandising team in London on campaign/ event brief and inventory planning and to deliver profit targets.
• Build  campaigns and events from brief to launch to site
• Sourcing items - uploading, merchandising and continuously optimising events, campaigns and category pages
• Conduct regular performance and competitor analysis, feeding insight and trend research
• Work with the broader team to proactively identify incremental sales and profit opportunities within soft or hard verticals

A self-motivated and proactive individual with a passion for retail and eCommerce, you will have:

• Minimum of 2 years Merchandising experience, ideally within eCommerce
• An extremely organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical experience and a degree of business acumen
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
• Basic understanding of SEO and proficiency in Excel
• A good eye for style and retail trends and an interest in current and upcoming trends
• Previous experience and knowledge working across Soft or Hard categories (Fashion & Beauty, Home Furnishings,  Electronics, Motors will be highly regarded
