As a Behavioural Insight Analyst, you will undertake ongoing evaluations of marketing activities, campaigns and programs.

• This role is based in Greenacre, parking available
• Hourly rate of up to $50 + super
• 6-month contract

Key Accountabilities:

• Review & evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Undertake research & analysis to support a range of diverse behavioural projects using qualitative research to identify marketing strategies.
• Provide high quality advice of behavioural science insights to the Communications team & other business units.
• Design innovative and implement scalable behavioural interventions.
• Develop strategies to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of Marketing & Communications campaigns.
• Undertake analysis to identify and monitor issues & emerging trends, ensure quality information is available to support the development & implementation of strategies.
• Prepare reports on campaigns success for review by senior management.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Behavioural Insight Analyst to gain experience within a state government dept.   

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Outstanding written & verbal communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management & engagement.
• Previous experience working in a similar role.
• You must maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant research & information trends, statistical analysis developments & evaluation methodolodies.

Essential Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in a behavioural/management or related discipline.
• You must be available for immediate start.
