The Role

L’Oreal Australia are focussed on building our digital and data-driven approach to marketing. As a result, there is an exciting opportunity for a skilled CRM Manager to join our already established Digital Team.

Reporting to the CRM Director, this role will focus on the Consumer Products & Active Cosmetics  Divisions, partnering with marketing teams across Maybelline, Garnier, L’Oreal Paris, NYX, La Roshe Posay and Skin Ceuticals. You will strategise, plan and deliver local CRM strategies, as well as drive customer acquisition, engagement and loyalty. You will have a strong focus on leveraging data for improved customer experience and targeted digital media campaigns.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with Brand Marketing Teams and our CRM agencies to strategise, plan and deliver local CRM campaigns and projects.
  • Manage and monitor data acquisition and engagement initiatives in line with Group recommendation, with a focus on email marketing, personalised journeys, triggers and trial teams.
  • Driving a data-driven mindset and leverages data for targeted digital media and precision advertising.
  • Analysing touch points with the Brands to optimise commercial opportunities and digital marketing ROI.
  • Conducting post campaign reviews.
  • Being the key person in driving ecommerce acceleration.
  • Upskilling and transmitting digital knowledge and mindset to broader marketing teams.
  • Acting as a strategic business partner to various levels of stakeholders across the business divisions.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role or a Digital marketing background
  • Previous experience with CRM systems, Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable
  • Proven data and analytical skills is a must.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive outcomes
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Solutions focused approach, with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • Ability to think proactively and look for solutions
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Cost & budget management
