We’re seeking a Marketing Manager, Affiliates & Partnerships and Foreign Exchange Services, based in our Melbourne office. Reporting to the Regional Head of Marketing-ANZ, this role drives the acquisition and retention strategy and execution for acquiring and retaining profitable corporate customers in Australia and New Zealand. This role will require highly developed interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, in particular the sales, CRM, and affiliate partner network. This role considers all channels of the go-to-market acquisition approach, which may include (but not limited to): events, local marketing events, sponsorships, managing affiliate relationships and referral programs, Eloqua campaigns, list management, lead nurturing, and website maintenance.

  • Manage campaigns from creation to execution and post campaign reporting & analysis.
  • Develop acquisition and retention campaigns for Foreign Exchange Segments.
  • Increase uptake of hedging products, number of customers trading offline and online, and growth of our Affiliate partners across online products.
  • Participate in developing the Customer & Marketing Strategy and Plan for ANZ.
  • Ensure delivery of compliance communications to customers as directed and to target date.
  • Monitor client performance and proactively address revenue and transaction drop offs.
  • Submit well thought-out briefs to internal creative services team to have content developed in support of marketing strategy.

 

What you will need to succeed:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a hands-on Marketing Manager.
  • B2B experience, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Working knowledge of Eloqua, Salesforce, or similar tools is strongly preferred. 
  • Knowledge and experience in end-to-end campaign design and execution, lead nurturing, direct marketing, and local marketing of events and trade shows.
  • Strong project management skills that demonstrate your ability to influence, negotiate, and achieve positive campaign outcomes
  • A good lateral thinker capable of being able to analyse campaign data and provide clear and concise evaluations and outcomes.
  • Have the presence and confidence to present findings and facilitate meetings with managers and capable of influencing outcomes.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
  • Detail orientated and capable of handling multiple projects and campaigns.
  • Strong consultative, negotiation, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be solution focused.
