- ABOUT THE ROLE -

The Entourage is a high-growth company and we have an opportunity for a permanent, full-time Event Co-ordinator based in our Sydney office.

The Entourage continues to grow through transformation phase that will revolutionise the way world class business training is delivered.  

Your primary objective will be to create a world class experience for our members and community through a variety of large and small events and workshops. You will also engage in proactive member outreach and engagement in order to build relationships with members and identify high risk cases before they become an issue.

You will be focused on ensuring members find value, have an incredible experience and choose to continue their journey with The Entourage for many years.

Reporting to the Director of Education, the key areas of focus will include: 

• Work closely with the Education Team on improving member experience and engagement;
• Project management of various workshops, boardroom sessions, tours and large scale events;
• Live Stream connection point for members/viewers;
• AV and Live Stream management of events (full training provided);
• Manage incoming member communication requests;
• Collate data using CRM systems
• Proactive, outbound activity to engage members, build rapport and ensure they are getting the most value possible out of their membership
• Retaining members by presenting personalised resources and solutions based on the member's current and future need
• Liaise with internal teams to make sure each member is looked after and any agreed actions are followed through
• Online community management, facebook engagement
