Your new company
Be part of a vibrant, exciting team within a global company providing innovative technology products. They are looking for an articulate candidate who has excellent rapport building skills.
Your new role
You will be in a call centre environment, making a high volume of calls and conducting a customer satisfaction survey. You will be measured on KPI's such as the number of responses you get and the number of calls you make. There is no sales involved but it will require you to engage the customer and obtain detailed information regarding the service they have received.
What you'll need to succeed
- Be available to start on the 16th of July for 4 weeks.
- Experience telemarketing
- Experience surveying customers
- MS Word, MS Excel
- Touch Typing skills
