The Performance & Analytics Manager will take full ownership of all digital search channels and platforms including PPC, AdWords and Conversion Management

Working across all clients you will be the Search expert in the team. You will present to, and influence an impressive client base. Alongside the Account facing team, you will drive commercial success for the customer and the agency. You will create and implement strategies for high-impact digital campaigns. We need a Search expert who can take full ownership of Performance across all digital channels and platforms (including PPC, AdWords and Conversion Management).

Key experience required:
- Abilities across Digital with specific experience in Paid Channels
- Strong Analytics skills
- Ability to interpret & manipulate data
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, driving traffic to a site, conversion, conversion rate optimisation and online customer acquisition
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM
- Ability to think commercially and interpret a customer's strategy
- Management experience of external stakeholders.
- Able to work as part of a professional, hardworking yet fun team!
