The Role

We are looking for a talented Digital Designer who will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional design across web and mobile applications. You will join a driven, successful and fun team, working across multiple projects for our blue-chip clients. You will also:

• Establish a high-end creative design direction for large scale responsive websites, apps and EDMs.
• Design and create aesthetically striking websites.
• Work closely with the UX team to ensure a great user experience.
• Test websites post-development on multiple devices & browsers to ensure they match designs.
• Create conceptual development, storyboarding, animation & asset development of Flash banner ads.
• Assist in the strategy and conceptual development of a campaign.
• Ensure design work produced is of the highest quality and standards, and meets the project brief.
• Smile, laugh, motivate team mates and play a mean game of table tennis.

Desired Skills and Experience

You will have a positive, can-do approach and be passionate about design and all things digital. You will be a collaborative team player, who is honest, creative and have exceptional attention to detail. You will also have:

• A minimum of 4 years experience in a digital design role.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced creative or digital agency.
• Possess highly developed skills in design, typography, composition and layout.
• Eye for detail and passion for design, creativity and technology.
• A good understanding of Front End Development.
• Experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Suite.
• A base level knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
