As the CRM Manager you will lead the CRM team to create, deliver, manage and optimise a data driven marketing program to grow customer value. Own the end-to-end campaign process across all direct channels to drive member engagement, visitation and spend.

Your responsibilities;

  • Own the strategy & development of all owned data driven marketing activities which deliver against set KPI’s
  • Lead the delivery, execution & optimisation of all owned data driven campaigns (both tactical & lifecycle)
  • Drive innovation and new campaign design which drives member retention, growth & increased profitability
  • Use your commercial acumen to build business cases and offers which drive the right member behaviours and outcomes
  • Utilise insights to drive world class data driven marketing
  • Ensure all data driven communications are personalised & relevant utilising customer insights and attributes across appropriate communication channels
  • Lead a high performing team of campaign executives, ensure the ongoing development and motivation of team members to guide, maximise and achieve their full potential.
  • Build and maintain strong effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand, contribute, and deliver on business objectives, through the establishment of a transparent and collaborative framework

To be successful in this role you will hold a Tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline and have 5+ years’ experience in CRM / Data Driven Direct Marketing. Most of this experience will be in conjunction with leading a team of 5+ which is critical with experience in developing and deploying digital solutions also being essential. You will also have working knowledge of marketing automation systems eg. Unica, Responses, Silverpop, Salesforce.
