A unique opportunity exists for a Marketing Coordinator to join our vibrant shopping centre environment. Working within a friendly and dynamic office, this role will allow you to showcase your existing marketing skills and grow within a successful shopping centre.
 
The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Contribute to marketing programme planning process through the suggestion of innovative tactical campaign ideas to address key centre issues
• Aid in the analysis of marketing activity results and offer suggestions to inform future marketing activities
  
• Assist in management of digital and social channels - gather content, post content, monitor online community discussions
  
• Add value to promotional campaigns throughout the calendar through the sourcing of promotional partners/social marketing opportunities/ sponsors and enhancing promotions with additional elements/PR ideas and capitalising on opportunities presented to leverage the marketing dollar
  
• Assist with the execution of all marketing activities
  
• Manage Centre marketing accounts payable ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures
  
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Centre retailer database ensuring the correct Store Manager/Marketing contact details always and details on integration of specific retailers into marketing activities
  

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum two years' experience in a similar position
  
• Prior shopping centre or retail experience
  
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, PR or Business
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Exceptional attention to detail
  
• Sound prioritisation and time management skills
  
• The ability to work well under pressure
  
• Proactive and self-motivated
