One of Australia's leading brands are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing organisation. The purpose of this role is to grow the brand across their online channels. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and positioning of the brand and delivering integrated marketing campaigns through multiple marketing channels, with a larger focus across the Social media space.

Responsibilities

• Executing the  social media content plan, managing our online communities in line with the content calendar
• Monitoring and reporting on key marketing metrics
• Testing and sending email campaigns using marketing automation
• Maintaining the marketing calendar, including events, editorial, and social media
• Growing the online presence by leveraging backlinks and other off-page SEO tactics
• Production of social media and email content

Skills & Experience

• 4-5 years experience 
• Impeccable written and spoken communication skills
• Willingness to 'roll up your sleeves', experiment and learn
• Strong reporting skills, with experience gathering metrics and drawing insights to support decision making
• Analytical and structured approach to understanding data
• Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating multiple concurrent marketing campaigns
• Proven track record building on content strategies by promoting relevant messaging across multiple channels
• Experience running brand competitions on social channels to amplify the brand message
• Salesforce and marketing automation (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, etc) considered a strong advantage
