Our highly entrepreneurial client is certainly breaking new ground in the junior mining investment space globally.  Rather than use an external agency, the company has made the strategic decision to hire a Digital Marketing professional who will turn this industry on its head.  As such we are seeking a highly intelligent, degree-qualified Digital Marketing and Techno Guru with an absolute passion for creating things from scratch who is looking for something a whole lot different.

    This individual will play a key role in building marketing campaigns and driving awareness of their product line and maximizing revenue by using data to continuously optimize campaigns and boost results. You will be responsible for scaling all paid media channels and piloting new channels. This requires expert level understanding of digital marketing platforms, app store trends & optimizations, and end-to-end web and mobile tools, analytics, and testing strategies.  The role requires experience in campaign planning and analysis with frequent reporting to executive management and a creative, fast-paced approach to channel testing.

    We are looking for someone who loves increasing new user acquisition through multiple digital channels.  Someone who enjoys constantly innovating and experimenting to improve channel performance and drive growth.  You love measuring and conducting campaigns and website performance analysis to understand what creates success or failure, identifying inefficiency and driving optimisation to improve ROI.  By sharing your findings, you will drive marketing plans to help the company accelerate growth.

    Ideally you will have a degree in Business, Marketing, or a quantitative or technical discipline, better yet, an MBA.  You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in performance marketing and have a mastery of digital marketing platforms including Google Adwords, Universal App Campaigns, Facebook, Google Analytics, mobile ad tracking, tag management, content management, and major demand side platforms.  Experience with demand gen for B2B or B2C software products will be a major advantage.  You possess excellent written and verbal communications skills and a solid track record of delivering customer acquisition growth and optimisation across key metrics.  You have strong analytical skills, including a firm understanding of analytics technologies, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.  You have solid understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices and the ability to thrive and adapt to change in a fast paced, start-up environment.  You have strong project management and organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.  As well you have mastery of the latest and greatest in SEO/SEM and digital innovations.  Fantastic attention to detail and focus on quality along with being able to work effectively within a small team environment as well as independently will ensure your success.
