About the Role

The unique role of Marketing and Information Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the APAC Sales and Marketing teams whilst interacting with US based counterparts to ensure a consistent approach to information management.  Duties will primarily include the effective collation and distribution of George Clinical’s experience data, the maintenance of GC's knowledge database, SalesForce database and other relevant administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Information Management

  • Develop customer target lists in consultation with the BD leads in the APAC region.
  • Develop, interpret and present for distribution, results of staff experience survey.
  • Lead the collection, collation and distribution of George Clinical's experience data
  • Develop and maintain case study metrics and information for external distribution.
  • Lead the maintenance of internal information libraries.
  • Provide BD support and assist with the maintenance of data in SalesForce
  • Audit all client facing materials in order to check factorial details and maintain consistency.
  • Assist BD and Marketing teams as required with ad-hoc administration duties.

    2. Marketing
     
  • Work with the Global Marketing Team to support delivery of marketing objectives as described in the Marketing Plan
  • Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns in collaboration with the Global Marketing Team
  • Coordination, development, and implementation of electronic mail campaigns using MailChimp and Constant Contact for APAC
  • Facilitate the timely coordination of logistics for George Clinical’s attendance at APAC trade shows and conferences
  • Report and track APAC marketing activities against the Global Marketing plan.
     

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Marketing and communications experience (min 2-3 years)
  • Marketing/Communications degree or equivalent
  • Minimum two years relevant experience in a B2B environment
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Experience developing, collating and interpreting surveys
  • Experience using data to develop graphs using Excel or another preferred platform
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; English fluency mandatory (bi-lingual fluency in Mandarin would be highly desirable)
  • Strong writing, editing and proofing skills
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable with a “can-do” attitude
  • Experience in, and knowledge of, the clinical research, pharmaceutical, health sciences industry is desirable.
     

This is a one year contract opportunity with the likely possibility of becoming permanent.
