About the Company

A well-established, global organisation based in Sydney, NSW is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join a new division within the company. This company are highly diverse and operate across 4 major sectors. They have an impressive global property and infrastructure clients as well as global tech partners. This role will play a pivotal role in the organisation to great new and exciting products while building and expanding upon exiting products.  

About the Role

As the Senior Product Manager you will looking after 2 major products, while being responsible for the P+L, product strategy, vision and growth. You will identify and creating new market opportunities while creating business cases for new products/ features to maximise profitability 

You will be responsible for end to end product management from conception and ideation through to delivery and continual improvements. You will work in an agile cross functional team operating in 2 week sprints. 

Responsibility's

• You will be accountable for ideation and product concepts through to product all go to market strategy
• Own and drive the Product strategy, mission and goal
• Manage acquisition and retention strategies
• You will have total product P&L responsibility to resource, design enhance and maintain.
• Maintain a clear voice of customer and client product strategy 
• Understand value-based pricing, articulate customer cases, pricing propositions while including data governance.

Whats Required

• You will have prior B2B Senior product Management experience.  
• Have at least 5 years product experience
• At least 5 years’ experience in Finance, insurance or data environment
• Have operated in agile for at least 3 years
• Experience with data and software products
