A very exciting opportunity is available for a Marketing Manager to join a leading medical company at the forefront of their industry.
Due to continued growth they are currently looking to appoint a Marketing Manager who can focus on driving their "go to market strategy" throughout Australia.
Your responsibilities will include:-
- Implement brand strategies for the company with responsibilities of growing and nurturing brand performance.
- Develop campaigns that clearly demonstrate the company value proposition to the targeted customers segment.
- Support the campaign execution within the Sales Channels.
- Manage marketing communications including design and adherence of brand standards, and all forms of external communications.
- Conduct end user demand generation programs and all facets of lead generation.
- Manage tradeshows and marketing events.
- Analyze market trends and potentials to improve brand strategies, demand generation and digital marketing.
- Employ marketing best practices such as customer segmentation, customer understanding, portfolio management, competitive positioning, and market assessment.
Essential experience:-
- Degree with emphasis on Marketing/Communications and/or Bachelor qualification
- 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience in medical equipment/device/pharmaceuticals industry. Experience within wound care is highly desirable!!
- Experience in developing, implementing and measuring tactical marketing strategies, end-to-end
- Experience in Marketing strategy, campaign planning and execution to help support and achieve business objectives and targeted results
- Ability to develop successful marketing campaigns linked to business objectives to achieve targets, budget and return on investment
