Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a flexible self-motivated person to be part of our team. We are a family owned jewellery shop, specialized in Australian opals and pearls. We are situated for many years on cruise ships as well. We need a person with promotional background and previous experience working on a cruise ship in retail.
Being a small family company, our team members are flexible and ready to adjust to many different roles.
Job details-We are looking for someone who will:

Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.

Create, curate, and manage all published content regarding our company (images, video and written).

Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.

Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.

Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy for enforcing a positive brand image.

Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, and high-quality content.

Create a regular publishing schedule.

Promote the brand name on social events and public events.

Leverage the right tools to manage social content.

Organizing and holding seminars that increase the brand awareness

Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.

Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written) for purpose of cruise ship brand awareness and boost of sales.

Training seminars on cruise ships

Choosing, inspecting and editing materials submitted by publicity writers, Photographers, Illustrators and others to create favorable press release.

Conducting public opinion research, analyzing the findings and create public relations and promotional campaigns using that findings

Recommend strategies to executives for public relations to have a good implication of their programs, policies and practices.
Qualifications and Education Requirements

Higher degree in media, marketing or communication studies.

Previous experience working in retail and retail on a cruise ship.

Previous experience working with jewellery.

Any certificate regarding promotions
