The Opportunity – Senior Brand Manager - Dermaveen Skincare Brand - Related Skincare/Beauty Brand Experience Essential
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pharmaceutical/FMCG Senior Brand Manager to join our forward thinking and fast paced business in the Consumer Healthcare Division. You will have the ability to maximise sales, market share and profit expectations by developing and executing all key elements of the marketing/brand plan in a timely manner for the Dermaveen Skincare Portfolio. This is an exciting time to join our business with a strong pipeline of products.
Your strategic capability will also form a critical element of this role as you will lead the development and progression of long term strategy of the premium Dermaveen brand - a high degree of commercial acumen is essential for this position and you will demonstrate a proven track record in this regard.
About You
If you are desirous of continuing your career in pharmaceutical marketing and would like to be considered for this position, you must demonstrate:
- a successful proven track record in the Australian pharmaceutical and/or FMCG industry
- healthcare brand management experience of 5 years (minimum) or currently Snr Brand Manager (1-2 Yrs experience).
- brand management experience of skincare/beauty categories is essential for this position
- experience with leading above and below the line marketing campaigns together with full management of brand P&L
- experience leading brand projects for key New Product Development and promotional initiatives (essential)
- agility and adaptability in changing environments - a lateral thinker
- ability to maximise commercial outcomes for your designated product portfolio
- commercial acumen with effective business planning on a strategic and tactical level
- superior relationship building and influencing skills for cross-functional purposes and external customers
- provide a valuable link between customers, sales representatives and our business
- your own values mirror that of our business: customer focused and accountable for results; act like it's your own business; agile and adaptable; communicate and collaborate; passionate and innovative
- tertiary qualifications in a Marketing/Business discipline will be highly regarded
