USANA’s Australia market is seeking an energetic sales experienced individual to join the Sales team as a Business Development Coordinator at the Castle Hill office.

 

As a USANA Business Development Coordinator, you will use your business development knowledge as you grow and sustain profitable sales by meeting objectives for the Australia market. Your previous experience and understanding of the direct selling industry will be advantageous to implement sale strategies for planning, prospecting and business training. An ability to coach and speak in front of various group sizes, work well and connect with numerous USANA employees and Associates, and develop strategy for Associate and market growth opportunities will be vital to your success in this position.

 

A successful individual in this position is someone that will be eager to help the Australia market and Associates attain company and individual goals. You will demonstrate your experience in sales to grow USANA’s Australian market as you coach and influence emerging and experienced business leaders. Your ability to be relatable, positive, and influential will be vital as you interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation.

 

Essential Functions

  • Prepare and implement sales strategies and programs that are in line with USANA Australia vision and forecasts that reflect the sales potential of the business
  • Plan and schedule specific business development actions, activities and meetings with Associates to achieve sales results including strengthen the network between Associates, and the supporting the Sales Development department of non-sales related responsibilities
  • Identify, propose, and coordinate financial resources in the most cost-effective manner to support achievement of the department’s sales objectives
  • Plan sales objectives and business development training
  • all related Associate business needs
  • Organise and host virtual training and meetings across various media platforms

 

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Requirements 

  • MLM or Direct Sales experience preferred but not essential
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Direct Sales or working experience in sales & marketing
  • Ability to conduct coaching to multiple level of Associates from emerging to experienced
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong public speaking and business training skills
