Reporting into the Head of Digital, you will be tasked with leading the SEO strategy across the full site.

• Identify opportunities for organic search traffic growth;
• Monitor offsite search engine ranking signals, assessing opportunities and threats;
• Create automated processes to catch change during testing;
• Work with internal SMEs to develop site content;
• Manage multiple project simultaneously;
• Analyse search results and search performance across major search channels;
• Backlink analysis (both of CTM and competitor websites); and
• Liaise with the web development team in SEO error fixes.

Why we’ll love you:

• You have at least two years of SEO experience and live and breathe this space;
• Commercially minded with the ability to persuade, sway and influence senior stakeholders;
• A keen eye for detail, paired with excellent problem-solving skills;
• You will be a versatile, proactive and results driven;
• You have a thirst for data with a high-level use of Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics;
• WordPress CMS; and a high level of Microsoft Excel proficiency; and
• HTML, CSS and web standards.
