What we're looking for
We are looking for a growth marketer who loves the thrill of the chase!
This exciting opportunity involves developing the campaign strategy, driving acquisition across digital channels, surfacing insights and recommendations to optimise key metrics for the business.
You should have strong digital marketing background with a creative flair for problem solving, a data driven approach and outcome focus.
Responsibilities

Plan and execute the digital strategy for launch and ongoing acquisition marketing

Take responsibility for key acquisition and conversion targets

Analyse campaign performance and make recommendations

Optimise digital marketing campaigns with an agile test and learn mindset

Drive acquisition and engagement through email, content and social as well as collaborate with Snug's SEM agency

Collaborate with Snug's product and UX specialists to deliver brand promises

Develop and manage the referral marketing program and optimise BDM leads

Opportunity to shape the role and the team with the business needs
Skills, Experience and qualifications

2+ years of marketing experience predominately online

Ideally marketing degree or an amazing back story

Relevant experience in a digital business (corporate or start up), B2B and B2C
-
Can do attitude and ability to work in a fast paced start-up environment

Technical capabilities with deep experience in marketing automation eg. Autopilot

Passion for and understanding of SaaS or marketplace businesses

Solid analytical experience eg. ROI analysis and conversion rate optimisation

Be the person everyone loves to work with and feels they can rely on

Hit deadlines and builds consensus with stakeholders when trade offs are necessary
