As Chief Sales and Marketing Officer you will be charged with:

• Ø full responsibility for go-to-market activity
• Ø sales-based product development
• Ø sales outcomes
• Ø channel development
• Ø marketing and market positioning

As the key deliverer to the Operations and Development division, you will also be responsible for creation and management of a central view of Sales and Marketing for the organisation, implementing the vision and building a team as you go.

You are an experienced, savvy marketing and strategic relationship specialist who is confident and comfortable dealing with anyone from the CEO of a large multinational through to the owner of a small family business. As an accomplished chameleon, you can adjust your style to suit your audience, you come across as smart and confident but not arrogant, your capability will shine through – your customers will trust you to make their business better and you use your business acumen coupled with your raw intelligence to inspire your people.
