The Opportunity

We have a rare opportunity for a driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Di Bella Coffee team based in Brisbane. This is a pivotal role responsible for the delivery of digital campaigns that drive brand awareness and generates leads to support revenue growth in line with the overall business strategy and marketing plan. 

Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will ensure strong development and execution of digital strategies to drive brand awareness through consumer engagement and customer online participation to increase brand awareness and online order frequency. You will also assist the marketing team in daily coordination of all marketing campaigns (traditional and non-traditional). We are looking for someone with a passion for coffee and a desire to contribute to the overall Di Bella Marketing Strategy success not limited to but with a priority focus on digital strategies for this iconic coffee brand!

Role Requirements

• Amplify the Di Bella Coffee vision through digital campaigns and content to support key brand market growth objectives
• Collaborate with Marketing team to deliver an Always-on Digital Marketing Strategy with high quality key brand messages via social media platforms
• Drive revenue and conversion rate with the objective to increase ordering frequency across the social media and ecommerce platforms.
• Scope, plan and deliver in full and on time all digital projects with a positive return on marketing investment
• Assist in promotional analysis, market trends, product improvements, customer trends as requested by the marketing team
• Responsible for coordinating and execution marketing, digital and social media campaigns in support of DBC departments.
• Manage Internal Digital Communication platforms through EDM production and delivery via the Marketo Platform and Mail Chimp

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 2 years digital agency and/or e- commerce essential
• Marketing campaign project management skills (with internal and external service providers) is preferred
• Coffee, retail or franchise industry experience is preferred
• Tertiary qualifications in a marketing or related discipline highly regarded
• An innovative thinker with great communication skills
• Accountable, driven, self-motivated, results and outcome focussed
• Advanced Microsoft Office suite experience
• Marketo Platform, Sitecore 8 and 9 & Znode experience is beneficial
