OUR CLIENT:

One of the largest medical device companies operating in Australia with a successful product portfolio covering the entire hospital environment. With continued, year-on-year success, the organisation is currently looking for a Product Manager to join their Orthopaedic/Endoscopic surgery team providing great potential for future advancements and career development beyond this specific role.

THE ROLE:

• Product Manager - Arthroscopic cameras, shavers, burrs
• Partner with global, marketing teams to meet ANZ market needs
• Time spent on strategy, management of product launches, in-field training and KOL development/relationship management
• Oversee ANZ commercial performance to achieve business goals
• Manage product life-cycle from inception to maturity 
• Expert contact for the sales and management team 
• Heavy involvement in developing business and in-field marketing

YOUR SKILLS:

• History of successful product launch into the ANZ market AND/OR
• Experience in the Endoscopic / Arthroscopic Orthopaedic device market
• Willingness to travel on a regular basis
• Postgraduate qualifications in marketing or business desirable (not essential)
• Ability to build strong rapport across a broad customer and peer base
• An enthusiastic and tenacious individual
• Strong Business IQ and EQ 

HIGHLY DESIRABLE:

• Min. 2 years experience in marketing of medical implants/devices OR
• 5 years Medical Device sales background in Cameras, Shavers, Burrs

REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS:

• Highly competitive base salary
• Total package $160K+ (experience dependent)
• Excellent training and ongoing development program
