About the opportunity
As Brand Manager you are responsible for developing and implementing brand strategy to achieve and exceed sales and market share targets. This role focuses on exciting growth and new product development plans in the skin care and beauty category.
Duties
- Develop and implement a strategic brand plan in line with sales, profit, market share and spend targets
- Sound knowledge of product, brand attributes, consumer trends and the relative pharmacy and grocery market
- Financial accountability, including managing budgets and spend
- Cross functional collaboration with wider sales, marketing, procurement, customer service and technical teams and external agencies
- Develop selling material and collateral for the field force, combining traditional and digital strategies
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of three year's experience in a Product or Brand Manager role
- Experience must come from the skin care, beauty or cosmetics space
- Must have experience marketing to pharmacies
- Must demonstrate an ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Tertiary qualifications required
